After Hours
We partner with Tow Service Inc. 316-522-5353 Call them and have your vehicle picked up and then dropped off at Horsch Motors. Then call in to the shop the next business day and we will move on to the next step.
If another tow company is already involved we highly recommend paying for the tow out of pocket and then having the vehicle dropped at our Damaged vehicle lot at 503 Anderson Andale KS or at your private residence. If you have any question or need help with the tow call or text 316-640-6101.
Things to Know
- The tow company may tell you “if you take it to our storage lot there will be no charge” but in truth they will just not charge you at that time. They will first go after the insurance handling the claim if and if there is no coverage you have to pay out of pocket to get your car. The car owner will be responsible for the tow, clean up, storage fee, lot fee, and possible other hidden fees and they will hold your car untill they are payed.
- If you have full covarge or if its the others persons fault and they do have insurance the tow away from the accident and then to the body shop will be covered but taking it to the tow lot first can cost multiple days in the prosses of getting your car estimated and repaired.
- A weekend tow, storage for a few day, and the coutles fees at there lot can run around $500. Thats why they will work so hard to convince you to take it to there lot and not to Horsch Motors or your own location.
- If the vehicle gets repaird we will never charge you storage and if it is a total or you decide not to fix it as long as its removed in a timely manner we wont charge storage or fees.
- Even if you think it is a total with insurance have it takend to us and we can help with the process of getting the car inspected to help insurance get you taken care of.
